This was my *second* day in the gym. *Note* A few brilliant minds have deduced that this indeed was not my first day in the gym. It is my fault for believing I could fool the intelligent masses with such a bold lie. I can no longer claim this was my first day in the gym. It was my second day. Apologies to all. I'm hoping some of the experts out there will be able to teach me the "proper" way to train with weights. Please keep in mind that I don't have a degree in Kinesiology, do not own a nutrition and training consultation business, don't give seminars around the country on training and diet, and certainly have never competed in any athletic endeavor in my entire life.
